On October 9^th of 2015, production meeting of third season was held in CEC conference center. All middle level and above staff attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by General Manager Mr. Chen Zhiming. All departments made reports in the meeting.On behalf of board of directors, Mr. Chen Zhiming confirmed works of all departments, and made comments on issues mentioned in the reports. After summarizing production of the third season of 2015, Mr. Chen Zhiming gave guidelines to work of next phase.In the 4^th season, we will focus on completing the annual productive task. Mr. Chen gave specific directive opinion on the following issues. Cost settlement for the completed EPC projects shall be expedited. We shall put emphasis on normalization management for high and new technology enterprises, enterprise culture propaganda, speeding up of marketing concept transformation and improvement of technical proposal evaluation system. We shall expand ourselves in new industry. We shall intensify staff canteen management and inspection. Work arrangement for next year was made.President Ms. Fan Yan made explanation to department duty adjustment. Specific requirements were put on the following. We shall strengthen regulation implementation, project review, and process control. We shall enhance communication among all parties and strictly control all kinds of risks. Resources are to be broadened and expenditure is to be reduced. Efficiency of cost needs to be improved. We shall also give more attention to Staff team-building, unified publicity propaganda, preparation of 13th “5-year development plan”, party construction work, safety production, enrichment of labor union activities, and building of enterprise culture.
