CEC’s Production Meeting of the Second Quarter of 2013 was held on the morning of July 8, 2013, which all the cadres of middle-level and above attended. 

The Meeting was presided over by General Manager Chen Zhiming. On the Meeting, Marketing Management Department made the report of the company’s production and management in the second quarter of this year; Finance & Accounting Department made a report of company’s revenues in the second quarter and explained issues including reforming business tax to VAT and tax related items in contracting projects; Human Resources Department made the report on work including interview questions establishment, legal risk prevention before employee’s entry, management of interns, registering exams, training and retired employees; Technical & Quality Department briefed progress on technical quality management of general contracting project, effective promotion of technological renovation and operation of consulting & engineering projects on MIS Integrated Management and Information System; directors of each production departments made a presentation of production status in the second quarter, existing problems, solutions and suggestions in PPT according to unified arrangement of the meeting successively. 

General Manager Chen Zhiming, on behalf of management level, summarized and commented on the work of the company and each department and made detailed requirement for the work in the coming third quarter and later.
