2011 China Household Electric Appliances Technical Conference was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang on November 2 – 4th. As the grand event of the appliance industry, relevant officials, experts, technical person in charge and specialized technical personnel altogether 400 people from the United Nations Industrial Development Bureau, the State Environmental Protection Department, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, related universities and research institutions and more than 200 household electrical appliance enterprises at home and abroad, attended this conference to discuss the overall situation of China "s household electrical appliance industry and technology trends, and share technological progress and scientific and technological innovation achievements of the household appliance industry.

With the efforts and contributions made in the household appliance industry in industrial engineering and lean production, the household appliance project team of our corporation declared the research results “The Development and Application of IE Module for the Lean Production of Household Appliance Manufacturers” (main persons involved: Denggao Cong , Ma honglu , Zhu Zhiguo , Zhou Chao , Li Wei , Li Bin , Yuan Jiangang ) and won the second prize of the first session China Household Electrical Appliances and Technology Progress Award, our corporation became the only award-winning unit for the production and efficiency improvement, the participating experts and association leaders has fully affirmed and highly appraised our corporation’s technological innovation for the lean production of household appliance industry. This is also another success of our corporation in the household appliance industry gained under the leadership of the deputy chief engineer Mr. Yuzhong Qi and the deputy director Mr. Deng Gaocong.

During the conference, the engineer of our corporation Mr. Ma Honglu, Zhou Chao and Li Wei also published “The Application of IE Method for the Lean Production of Household Appliance Manufacturers”, “Analysis of calculation methods for the household appliance manufacturers’ economic stock quantity”, “Simulation Plan And Optimized Simulation of Air conditioning Production line” and other papers in the "Chinese Electrical appliances Science and technology Collection" and “electrical” magazine.
