On October 8, 2008, authorized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the CEC holding subsidiary company --- Hunan Changshun Engineering Construction Supervising Co., Ltd. attained the Construction Supervision Integrated Qualification. It is the only enterprise in Hunan Province that obtained the Construction Supervision Integrated Qualification till now.
