CEC convened the First Session Employees" Congress and the Second Session Labour Union Congress on March 25th to 26th, 2008.
President Ms. Fan Yan made, at the conference, the work report of 2007 and vice-chairman of Labour Union Mr. Zhu Shiqiu presented work report on new term election of Labour Union. Worker representatives discussed the work report 2007, “Corporation Development Plan” and “Management Procedure of Human Resources”, etc submitted by the congress in groups afterwards.
Presidium and group leaders held joint conference. Each group representative reported the main points of group discussion and proposed suggestions on reports’ correction and perfection. The Congress voted and passed all the reports, procedures & regulations and concerning documents proposed at this conference.
The Second Session Labour Union Congress on behalf of the union members elected the new members of Labour Uunion Committee.
CEC president Ms. Fan Yan, representing the leading team of the party and administration, celebrated the elected Labour Union Committee members and hoped that the newly elected members, with support of the party and administration leaders, behave as the pusher of corporation’s good & rapid development, unite the whole staff, enhance confidence, continuously innovate Labour Union’s work and make unremitting effort to realize CEC’s grand goals.
The conference ended successfully in the grand Internationale.
